Operator first. Builder second. Vendor never.
WaybridgeLabs.AI is your AI healthcare partner — built inside a working healthcare operation, because its founder needed it to exist.
Joe Rodriguez has spent 22 years operating healthcare businesses across verticals — hospital, ambulatory surgery, intraoperative neuromonitoring, hormone therapy, a mobile physician practice, home health, and hospice. Every one of them lost money in the same place: the seam between the front office and the back, where referrals, eligibility, auths, claims, and AR change hands.
Instead of buying another dashboard, he built an AI operation inside his own business: a mesh of AI agents that runs the CRM→RCM flow every night — intake, eligibility, revenue-cycle chase lists, reporting. WaybridgeLabs.AI is that system, productized as an AI healthcare partner for other healthcare practices, with the same rule it was born under: patient data never leaves the building.
That system is now two products: Misterre, the practice manager that owns the front office, and Tycho, which recovers what payers underpay on the back end. Misterre runs in production across two specialties — home-based care and orthopedic & spine — and Tycho is in development. A statewide Texas practice remains the proving ground: every capability ships there first, in production, before another practice sees it.
Built for Texas practices first — the payers, the plans, and the paperwork we automate are the ones we live with ourselves.
